This exterior facelift, included remaking the courtyard area and connecting the indoor outdoor space by installing an oversized bifold door. A large deck and trellis highlighted the courtyard which included a new concrete firepit, a new fence, artificial grass and new concrete pathway with uplights. Other improvements included repainting the exterior, upgrading the landscaping and insulating the exterior walls.
